Below is a list of treatments and therapies Sue Cleland suggests to be helpful to manage and overcome your anxiety.  There are many different treatments and therapies available to overcome Anxiety Disorders.  No one therapy is better or worse than the other, and the list below is certainly not endless.  However, it is suggested that a combination of all the therapies and treatments will greatly enhance your ability to manage your anxiety and overcome your fears.  Remember, everyone is an individual with their own needs, knowledge and skills.  Some therapies or treatments will work better for you than others.  You are the best person to answer this question.
